Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity for students while maintaining the integrity of our academic operations. Course Enrollment & Fee Payment
Once a student enrolls in a course at AIM Institute, admission is confirmed only after the payment of the applicable fees. This fee secures your seat in the selected program and allows us to allocate resources, faculty, and study materials accordingly. Therefore, students are advised to make informed decisions before completing their registration.
Cancellation Requests
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, a formal request must be submitted to the institute through the official communication channel (email or in-person application). Cancellation requests will only be considered valid if they are received within the specified time frame and include all necessary details such as student name, course enrolled, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage at which the cancellation request is made:
- Before Course Commencement: If a cancellation request is submitted before the start of the course, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative charges. The exact deduction amount will depend on the course and resources already allocated.
- After Course Commencement: Once the classes have started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This is because the institute incurs costs related to faculty, infrastructure, and study materials from the beginning of the course.
- Study Material & Registration Charges: Fees paid towards registration, admission processing, or study materials are non-refundable, as these services are initiated immediately upon enrollment.
Batch Transfers
In certain cases, AIM Institute may allow students to transfer to another batch of the same course, subject to availability and approval from the management. Such requests must be made before the course begins. Additional charges may apply for batch changes.
Cancellation by the Institute
AIM Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollment or operational issues. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund of the course fee.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation. The amount will be credited through the original mode of payment or as per the institute’s standard procedures.
