Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure clarity for students while protecting the integrity of our academic programs and resources. We encourage all students and parents to read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Course Enrollment & Fee Payment

Once a student enrolls in a course at AIM Institute, the seat is reserved and resources such as faculty time, study materials, and administrative support are allocated. As a result, all fee payments made towards course enrollment are generally considered final. However, specific conditions may apply depending on the nature of the course and timing of the request.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances. If a student chooses to withdraw from a course before the official commencement date, they may be eligible for a partial refund. This is subject to administrative deductions and processing charges.

No refund will be applicable once:

  • The course has commenced
  • Study material has been issued
  • Online access to course content has been granted

In such cases, the fees are considered non-refundable, as the student has already received access to institute resources.

Cancellation by AIM Institute

In rare situations where AIM Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be eligible for a full refund of the fees paid. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course, subject to availability.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, students must submit a written application or email to the official institute contact within the specified time frame. The request should include:

  • Student name and enrollment details
  • Course name
  • Reason for withdrawal

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.

Transfer & Adjustment Policy

In certain cases, instead of a refund, students may request a transfer of fees to another course or batch. This is subject to approval by the institute and depends on seat availability and course compatibility.

Non-Transferable & Non-Returnable Services

All services provided by AIM Institute, including classes, mentoring, and study materials (both physical and digital), are non-transferable and non-returnable once accessed or delivered.
